Introduction
One of the most common mistakes sponsors make with new distributors is giving
too much information during the first stages. This excess information reduces
the effectiveness for him/her to focus on things that are vital for his/her
network expansion during those first stages. Therefore, our main job, as
sponsors, is to teach and model the basic concepts that will help this new
distributor sponsor people, withhold them and increase the volume of their
business.
In a network marketing business these three concepts are fundamental for
obtaining results. In its own interest for helping each member meet the desired
results we, The International Networkers Team, have developed a Plan of Action
that will make members more successful in their business. The goal of this plan
is to develop an organizational culture oriented toward results and based on
edification.
Implementing these two cultures in our organization will take us to a level of
excellence where edification and results will be our best letter of
introduction. This can be achieved when, together as a team, we have a common
awareness where building and results become an organizational habit. The Plan of
Action to turn INT into an organization with a result-oriented culture as well
as a culture based on building is going to allow us achieve our goal as a team
which is to turn us into the greatest network marketing organization in history.
In order to be successful with this plan, we have developed a series of
strategies focused on sponsorship, withholdings and increasing volume which are
the three essential columns for creating firm, stable and productive networks.
These three columns are supported by the base of the company’s building, the
team (INT), the educational system and its sponsorship line. Constantly working
on these four points helps create confidence, security, commitment,
relationships and loyalty towards the Network; all which produce a protective
circle allowing the building of networks for a lifetime.
